灵感是大脑里的随机事件,它像一个有隐身能力的魔法师,常常跟你玩儿捉迷藏,在某些关键时刻一旦现身,却能让你欣喜若狂、兴奋不已。
你需要一个载体将灵感来源整理展示出来,才能看到某个故事、某幢建筑、某些场景……是如何从一个从毫不起眼的瞬间,成长为现在的模样。

今年的 V-Ray Station Challenge ,就围绕“ Your source of inspiration(你的灵感之源)”这一主题,给你一个回望与检视自己创作来源的机会。

经过两个月的作品征集和一周的评委小组的认真评审环节,选出了十名入围决赛的选手作品。在接下来的一周时间里,你可以为你喜欢的选手作品,投上宝贵的一票~

01 一号作品

学校:内蒙古科技大学

作品解读:

寂静屋

方案是为老年人设计的休憩中心,采用圆穹顶的空间形式,整个屋顶是薄壳混凝土。自然光通过圆形穹顶射入到空间内,通过巨大的膜结构帆布承接光线,从而透射出较为柔和的漫射光线。虽然是为老年人设计的空间,但是我希望空间本身是安静的。我们都希望看到眼前的繁华,但也希望,眼前有片刻的安宁。

The Silence

This project is a rest house which is designed for the aged, using the space form of a round dome, and the entire roof is made of thin shell concrete. Natural light enters the space through the circular dome, and receives light through the huge membrane structure canvas, thereby transmitting softer diffused light. Although it is a space designed for the aged, I hope the space gives the silence. We all hope to see the prosperity of surrounding things, but we also hope that there is a moment we can see peace in front of us.

作品解读:

YOU ARE UNDER ARREST

在我的学习过程中,艺术家 Josan Gonzalez 的作品对于我的灵感启发有着很大帮助。他的作品中所描绘的赛博朋克图景使得我对于这一主题有了更加深入的思考。为了表示尊敬,这次比赛中我尝试以他的原画为基础进行创作。作品描绘了一名黑客信息泄露遭到袭击的瞬间。作品通过狭小空间、堆积的大量物品、昏暗的霓虹灯光营造出赛博朋克“高科技、低生活”的情景,希望引发观众思考在未来网络世界中人的信息安全与生存空间等问题。

In my career of learning 3D, artist Josan Gonzalez plays an important role in inspiring me. The picture of cyberpunk depicted in his works makes me think more deeply about this theme. In order to show my respect, I tried to create the render based on his original artwork. The work depicts the moment when a hacker’s information is leaked and attacked. The work creates a scene of “high technology and low life” of Cyberpunk through small space, large amount of objects piled up and dim neon lights, hoping to arouse the audience to think about issues such as information security and living space of people in the future cyber world.

作品解读:

致敬经典

在展览馆里静卧着的,是勒·柯布西耶纯粹主义的杰作—-萨伏伊别墅。作为现代主义建筑的经典之一,萨伏伊别墅强横的在每个懵懂接触到建筑学这一领域的学子心中留下不可磨灭的印象。它在经典案例中一次次重现,底层架空,使整个建筑变得轻盈起来,仿若灵魂悄然升起,远离了城市的喧嚣,久违的宁静,似乎耳畔是风声淌过,屋顶的花园,更是像极了置身于自然。一举一动,皆是自然,巨大的横向长窗将金色的阳光穿透,树影斑驳,在这样的建筑里,没有刻板,没有浮夸的富丽堂皇,没有奢靡的一切,都是最纯粹的样子,空间与光影的魅力无一不摄人心魂。这就是柯布西耶的萨伏伊别墅。

今天我也将以这样的方式来表达我对萨伏伊别墅的崇敬,同时也是对建筑大师勒·柯布西耶的致敬。它像是一盏明灯,指引着我们方向,伴随着我们前行。

Tribute to the classic

Lying in the exhibition hall is the masterpiece of Le Corbusier’s purism-Villa Savoye. As one of the classics of modernist architecture, Villa Savoy tyrannically left an indelible impression in the minds of every student who was ignorant and exposed to the field of architecture. It reappears in classic cases again and again. The ground floor is elevated, making the whole building lighter, as if the soul is rising quietly, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, the long-lost tranquility, it seems that the wind is blowing in the ears, the roof garden, and more It’s like being in nature. Every move is natural. The huge horizontal long windows penetrate the golden sunlight and the tree shadows are mottled. In such a building, there is no stereotype, no grandiose grandeur, no extravagance, everything is the purest appearance, The charm of space and light and shadow are both intriguing. This is Le Corbusier’s Villa Savoy.

Today I will also express my admiration for Villa Savoye in this way, as well as a tribute to the architect Le Corbusier. It is like a beacon, guiding us and accompanying us.

作品解读:

密斯的建筑一直以来都讲求着技术精美的倾向,其中范斯沃斯住宅最打动人心,也是渲染临摹最多的建筑之一,想象一下置身其中,周边是树木包围,只身在建筑中,静谧安逸,远离城市的喧闹,也是灵感的最佳来源。

黑色

在这种冷淡的空间中寻求 一丝丝的暖意。让我感觉生活无处不在的希望 也是我的动力之一。

作品解读:

在我看来,灵感不是瞬间显现的才能,是一种掌握不同事物之间内在联系的能力,我试着将这些所有曾在我脑海中连结的事物聚集于一处,为他们创造一座城。

在这里,博斯的人间乐园,鬼魅浮生的魂灵,银翼杀手的复制人,等等不同的角色,在摩天大楼中,在楼阁中,在舞台,街道,广场,草地中共同拼凑出这个超越时空媒介的异托邦。

In my opinion, inspiration is not an instantaneous talent, but an ability to grasp the inner connection between different things. I try to gather all these things that have been connected in my mind in one place to create a city for them.

Here, The Garden of Earthly Delights, the character from A Ghost Story, the replicant from Blade Runner 2049, these different roles, exist in the skyscrapers, pavilions, stage, streets, squares, and lawns to piece together this Heterotopia beyond the limits of time and space.

Maitland Bay House 梅特兰海湾之家

作为一名设计师,多年的美学训练让我沉迷于观察和聆听自然万物。同时我也在多元的建筑,摄影,绘画以及游戏中汲取灵感。对于我来说,灵感很难概括成某个具象化的物品而已经成为一种观察事物的习惯。

受建筑师 CristiánRomero Valente 的白色混凝土房子启发,我创造了一处逃离城市喧嚣的理想之地。极简的纯白建筑从坡地中升起,逆地势缓慢爬升至二层,形成上扬的屋顶。作为一座在复杂环境中的建筑,水平展开的建筑体量与广袤起伏的旷野形成鲜明对比,粗野与细腻之间相互碰撞,在植物的选择上,我们不仅遵循当地自然规律,同时也对植物叶形和长势做了多方考量,从而在画面中保持整体的统一性和现实肌理。

As a designer, years of aesthetic training made me addicted to observing and listening to all things in nature. At the same time, I also draw inspiration from diverse architecture, photography, painting and games. For me, inspiration is difficult to generalize into a concrete object and has become a habit of observing things.

Inspired by the white concrete house of architect Cristián Romero Valente, I created an ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The minimalist white building rises from the slope and slowly climbs to the second floor against the terrain, forming a raised roof. As a building in a complex environment, the horizontally spreading volume of the building is in sharp contrast with the vast undulating wilderness. The roughness and the fineness collide with each other. In the selection of plants, we not only follow the local natural laws, but also pay attention to the leaves of plants. The shape and growth are considered in many ways, so as to maintain the overall unity and realistic texture in the picture.

08 八号作品

作品解读:

人们在如此浮躁的城市中需要片刻的宁静,繁忙的生活中更需要适当的孤独。如果说建筑是个人意志的外在表达,我认为坐落在佛手山上的三和宅正是这种思想的代表。我无法描述第一次参观三和宅时它带给我的震撼:夸张的坡型屋顶,青灰色的石材和池塘致敬了中国传统园林元素,半封闭的建筑形态既保持了空间的围合性又具有呼吸感,建筑本身和周围的环境又浑然一体。它隐于山林但又别具一格,正如做人需要大隐于世但又志存高远。建筑师用他强烈的个人风格展现了孤独主义和对自然的归回,这应该是它感动我的所在。

People need a moment of tranquillity in such an impetuous city, and proper loneliness is even more important in a busy life. If architecture is an external expression of personal will, I think Sanhe Residence, which is located on the mountain of Buddha’s hand, is a representative of this kind of thought. I cannot describe the shock it gave me when I first visited Sanhe Residence. The exaggerated sloping roof, turquoise stone and pond pay tribute to the elements of traditional Chinese gardens. The semi-enclosed architectural form not only keeps the space enclosed and breathing, but the building itself and the surrounding environment are seamless.It was hidden in the mountains but unique, just as a person needs to be hidden in the world but ambitious. The architect used his strong personal style to show solitude and return to nature which moved me a lot.

09 九号作品

作品解读:

所见即所习,所听即所忆。

音符的凝固成为建筑与空间,时空的流动化作交响与篇章。而当两者皆陷入瓶颈深渊,我将自我放逐至世外桃源。

它在历史和未来的交汇处,也在臆想与现实的空间里。是一个世界赐予我的一切能力与记忆构成的一个地方。在这里,自身的存在凌与万物之上,思想与记忆藏于画面与音符之中。

我所寻找的那一丝灵感,是午后透过树梢的一缕阳光,还是角落承载过去的一本旧书,又或是藏于尘埃下与你的那张照片。

I remember knowlege and skills through visualization and make melodies the carrier of my memories.

Music and melodies freeze and become architecture. Space and time flow and turn into symphony. When I am stuck in between, My mind will leads me to a elsewhere, another realm.

It locates in the junction of space and time, between imagination and reality. A place made from everything I remembered A placewhere knowledge and

memories formed as photos and or stored as melody.

That tiny inspiration hides somewhere here.Is it the warmth from that afternoon sunshine?The old book hidden in the shelf’s corner?Or the photo we took together years ago?

10 十号作品

作品解读:

后山

人通过身体知觉感知外部环境从而获得对于世界的认识和经验。而这些经验与认识的积累则形成了每个人自身灵感的产生与源泉所在。作为建筑师,对于我来说从记事起首先接触的环境便是老家的后山。在后山的攀爬,探索,玩耍中通过这些感官知觉体验形成我对于空间环境的最初认知和体验,伴随着这些经验我也逐渐长大。成为建筑师后,这些儿时的对于空间环境的经验体会总会潜移默化的影响我对于设计灵感的产生与判断。换言之,当我灵感枯竭时重新攀爬后山的小路,伴随着成长的其他经验,又会有新的认知与体会。

渲染图以老家后山的登山小路为主体,通过竖向构图强调登山路径的行为活动。时间选择下午接近黄昏的时段,强调山体的体量感的同时,区分出山顶与山脚的明暗关系。

Back mountain

People perceive the external environment through body perception, so as to gain knowledge and experience of the world. The accumulation of these experiences and knowledge forms the source of each person’s own inspiration. As an architect, my first contact with the environment is the back of my hometown. During climbing, exploring and playing in the back mountain, through these sensory perception experiences, I formed my initial cognition and experience of the space environment, and I grew up with these experiences. After becoming an architect, these childhood experiences of space environment will influence my generation and judgment of design inspiration imperceptibly. In other words, when my inspiration is exhausted, I will climb the back mountain path again. Along with other growing experiences, I will have new cognition and experience.

The rendering takes the mountaineering path in the back mountain of his hometown as the main body, and emphasizes the behavior of climbing path through the vertical composition. The time is close to dusk in the afternoon, emphasizing the sense of volume of the mountain, and distinguishing the light and shade relationship between the top and the foot of the mountain.


规则解读

评审小组会通过评审,直接评选出一名大奖获得者,并同时选出五至十名晋级决赛的选手。

对入围决赛的选手,将通过评审小组与观众共同进行投票的评选方式,选出第二名和第三名获奖者。投票比重为:评审小组60%,观众40%。

计分原则:
评审团评委共 10 人,每人 10 分,对作品打分,满分 100 分。权重占比 60%。
公共投票,每人一票,单选。以公共投票的最高票数作为满分 100 分计算。权重占比 40%。
举例:
小明同学作品
获得评审团评分 80 分,公共投票得票 210 票,最高票为 420 票
因此,小明同学作品得分为:
80*0.6+210/420*0.4=68分
